- Can I sign up now?
- Nope, sorry you missed it, however we do have a Waitlist. Go to the facebook event and sign up to be on the waitlist or contact Tony!
- What Clubs are going to be represented at this years tourney??
- The cool ones: Madison, Twin Cities, Mankato, Portland, Wausau, MKE, Cincy, Indy, St Louis, Grand Rapids and maybe a few more.
- Can we have beer at this years Tourney?
- Currently the parks have a temporary ban on alcohol. We are working with them to obtain a permit to allow attendees access. As always conduct yourself in a friendly and professional manner. We live in this neighborhood and want to respect our neighbors.
- Who is sponsoring the event?
- Good friends at Klarbrunn Sparking Water and Pabst Blue Ribbon are supporting the event this year.
- What time does each day start?
- Early- Full details on the game times will be posted on the Facebook event page, but typically first game is at or just after 8am. Get ready!
- Is there going to be a party?
- Yes, Friday night at I/O Arcade Bar, Saturday night starts at Working Draft Beer Company.
- Are there local restaurants or places to get supplies?
- Yes, Festival foods grocery store is located adjacent to the courts. Along with a number of fantastic restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.
- What is an alphabet soup tourney?
- Instead of bringing a team to the event, individuals sign up and then are assigned to a team for the tournament. This allows a better even playing field for all teams. Some teammates will meet for the first time with newbies and veterans of the sport helping each other out.
- Is there camping at the event?
- No, camping isn't allowed in the park. Madison does allow "van life" in some areas along as it is totally self sufficient. But if you need a place to stay or camp, use the discussion board on the facebook event.
- I am not playing, but want to watch and maybe play afterwards?
- Yep, we get it, depending on timing there should be "pick up" style polo after each day's of events. So still bring your bike and gear.
- Why is it called "Many Annual Madison Shuffle Tourney"?
- I really don't know, I just run the website.
